Shipping policy

Canada Orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, and arrive in 2 to 5 business days across Canada. Remote areas can take a little longer. We ship mostly with UPS.

International We also ship to selected countries. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout. International orders take longer to arrive; we'll email you a delivery estimate after you order. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer on delivery.

Cost Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the chair you choose.

Tracking We'll email you tracking details when your chair ships.

Taxes GST, HST or PST is added at checkout based on your province. There are no duties on orders within Canada.

Delivery and assembly Each chair arrives in one box and takes about 15 minutes to assemble.
