1. About these terms
This website, proposture.net, is operated by ARTIS DYNAMICS CORP. ("ProPosture", "we", "us" or "our"), 2001 Boulevard Robert-Bourassa, Suite 1700, Montréal, Quebec H3A 2A6, Canada. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you order and to keep your account details up to date.

3. Products and descriptions
We work to show our chairs as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations in finish can occur between production batches. Dimensions and weights are approximate. If a chair you receive is not as described, you can return it under our Refund policy.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST or QST), which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged for your order is the price shown when you placed it. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm by email that it has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a chair is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, set out in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the chair is delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns and refunds
You can return a chair, new and unused, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with return shipping paid by us. The details are in our Refund policy.

8. Warranty
ProPosture chairs carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as set out in our Refund policy. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any warranty you have by law, including the legal warranty of quality and the warranty of fitness for purpose under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and other applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Using the site
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to upload viruses or harmful code; to collect other people's information; or to copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

10. Our content
The text, photographs, logos and designs on this site belong to ProPosture or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Errors
The site may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct them, and update or cancel affected orders, at any time before an order ships. We will tell you if this affects your order.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ProPosture is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in Canada, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your province.

17. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and ProPosture about your use of the site and your purchases.
